What are your delivery timeframes and costs?
We offer nationwide shipping across South Africa. Standard delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the dimensions of your order and your delivery address.
Can I collect my order from a physical Matrix Warehouse store?
Yes, we offer a 'Click & Collect' service. During the checkout process, you can select your nearest Matrix Warehouse branch for collection. You will receive a notification once your order is ready for pickup.
What is your return policy for faulty electronics?
We offer a standard manufacturer warranty on all hardware. If a product is defective within 7 days of purchase, it may be eligible for an immediate replacement or refund. After 7 days, the item will be sent to the manufacturer for repair or assessment under the warranty terms.
